-Took several images of the same location but at different times and angles.
-Photoshop the images into one image by squares
- To exaggerate the effects he darkened and lightened some of the squares and blurred others

1) This image is likely many, many pictures. I would say about 10-30 pictures were used to make just this one image.
2) These pictures look like they were taken at varying times. Some look like they were taken in the morning, and others look like they were taken at late noon. None of them look like they were taken at night although.
3) The artist probably blurred some of the cubes more then they were actually blurry, as well as making some more grainy or darker.
4) I think it looks like a very good example of cubism and it was well made.
